We collect information about you when you start an application process with Conkerberry Pty Ltd. We may also collect information about you from other sources. We collect your personal information for the purpose of assessing your suitability for employment with our clients and for other recruitment purposes, including:

• Assessing whether you would be suitable for a position or positions with us including the verification of references and qualifications

• Contacting you about the recruitment process, procedures and conducting interviews

• Verifying your identity and confirming your eligibility to work in Australia (e.g. reviewing work visa documents)

• Conducting reference checks

• Contacting you with information regarding your current application

• Contacting you about new job opportunities and retaining your information for talent pooling purposes



Candidate Database and Jobs Emails

When you apply for an opportunity with Conkerberry Pty Ltd, you may be added to our database of candidates or jobs email list. You may receive updates, where we share our latest client jobs. If you do not want to be part of the jobs email or database, please email bronwynn@conkerberry.com.au

5. How do we collect personal information, and who do we share it with?

We may collect and/or disclose personal information about you from or to third parties, for example:

• Your referees (or the organisations they represent)

• Client Managers and Human Resource personnel who provide us with jobs that require our recruitment assistance
